Colliers International CEE awarded Agency of the Year in Capital Markets and Industrial & Logistics

On 3rd of March 2010, at the 7th CEE RE Quality Awards Ceremony organized in association with Financial Times, Colliers International CEE was awarded the two most prestigious prizes in the region: CEE Capital Markets Agency of the Year and CEE Industrial & Logistics Agency of the Year.
The results make Colliers International CEE the leading real estate consultancy in these sectors in the region in 2009, in terms of market share. The total investment market share of Colliers International CEE was 37%; industrial & logistics market share was 46% considering all deals involving the participation of a real estate agency firm.
